Dominika is Advocacy Officer at SolidarityNow, a Greek NGO that assist and support those most affected by the economic and humanitarian crises in Greece. Her work focuses on defending human rights and promoting social inclusion and integration of marginalized populations including asylum seekers, refugees and migrants. Prior to joining the organization, she worked at the Civil Society and Human Security Research Unit at the London School of Economics where she managed research and dialogue projects aiming to understand conflict and violence and bridge the gap between citizens and policymakers. Dominika is committed to advocating on behalf of people who are suffering injustice to bring about positive change and improve laws and policies that affect their lives. She believes in the need to empower people so that they lead the change they seek and, in doing so, strengthen social cohesion and build better societies.
